SUNDAY Kim Alan Erickson, 51, homeless, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. near Washington Street and Barker Avenue on a public-intoxication charge. Police were called to the area on reports of a man walking and falling down. Erickson told police hed been at a tavern and was walking to The Salvation Armys homeless shelter.
